I hope so. Maybe a solution like Norway or Switzerland has. The immigration anger is a problem with those though.

on our building sites young Britons are not being trained because trained ppl can be employed from the eu. This is not good.

I've worked in Germany lots so I know. We are not in the euro and the strength of the pound means lots of ppl want to come.

our economy has been growing much faster than eu in the last 10 years bcos we are not in the euro.

Not sure about that. I think the UK's strength was its liberal economy, trade relationships and educated population.
