@andersostlund Hence it's not mentioned at all in either the first or second Minsk agreements. It's gone. -
@Ayei_Eloheichem If people believe Crimea is 'gone' then it will be gone. Serious endurance needed here. Ukraine's day will come. -
@andersostlund Only if Russia collapses, and that will herald even worse problems. -
@andersostlund If 'the Minsk accords' are implemented, all sanctions on Russia will be removed, including those on Crimea, I think.
