    From what I read and hear things are not looking very good in #Minsk. Rumour is no major break through. Russia is set for continued war.

        @SergeyKofanov Wars are not declared these days. It is an action. Russia 'declared' war last March when invading Crimea.

        @andersostlund Formally the Crimea was annexed, not invalided. There were numerous legal issues, like breaking the Constitution, voting etc.

        @andersostlund I think the thing the parties were really afraid of was Putin to command his proxies to hold referendum to join Russia.
