I distrust journalists referring to Russia's war against Ukraine as civil war and Russian soldiers as rebels. These journos work for Putin.

@andersostlund 1) shoot-down was not deliberate, so doesn't qualify as terrorism 2) torture used by militants, even USG, not only terrorists -
@catfitz So firing an anti-aircraft missile against an unidentified target at 10k m was an accident? -
@andersostlund The Russian-backed militants thought it was a Ukrainian plane, just as they had shot July 14, Anders. Everyone knows that. -
@catfitz Sorry, forgot shooting down Ukrainian planes are okay. Not acts of terrorism. -
@andersostlund It would be great if the Dutch and Malaysians had the courage to sue Russia in Hague for supplying armament to kill citizens.

@andersostlund What, I'm supposed to call Ukrainian volunteers "terrorists" when they do things like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHyyla6pXOA … Refuse. -
@catfitz Ukrainian volunteers are working with the Ukrainian army defending their territory they act under the law. -
@andersostlund But it's not credible to say there aren't any cases on the Ukrainian side. -
@catfitz Let's start with this:#RussiaInvadedUkraine. The rest is a result of this.@andersostlund -
@RussianClimates Putin is entirely responsible, yes. But that doesn't mean his backed fighters are terrorists, necessarily@andersostlund -
