I'd be very interested. The big challenge is Immigration Canada. They are very picky re: experience (3y) and education (PhD).
It sounds like there is no reason for you to look at their CVs if they do not adhere to these requirements or ? (no PhDs)

Sometimes field of study or nationality can affect. It's complicated and full of exceptions.
