The first snow storm hit 3 weeks ago,
and yet the Mayor waits until Dec. 28 to start the bid process for additional snow removal. Of course now it's an emergency and the bid time must be shortened, circumventing code.

Just saw an elderly man get off at a bus stop - he got dropped off on a snow berm that was waist deep. We watched him slide down the steep berm into the street. Traffic is very congested, too. by now we should have all our driving lanes and accessible bus stops.
