Issues: Non -Citizens do pay taxes. Every tax that is levied on purchases & indirect tax; prop taxes : added to rents & paid by renters but not entitled to tax deductions. We need a fair and legal immigration system not walls nor free flow.
If non citizens don't count for representation, I guess they're no longer subject to taxation.
