@MathPolitics If workers are more productive (bring in more to company per hr worked) why aren't they paid more?

@anatosaurus In most cases, if you show your employer that you have increased your productivity or outperform others you'll be rewarded.

@anatosaurus I picked an employer that I knew would pay for my graduate education with a service commitment to increase my worth and save $.
