It often requires giving them permission to act on what they already believe is right.
Making people question, let alone reject, what they and those who surround them believe is a monumental undertaking. And it requires not merely tearing down those beliefs but offering something desirable & tangible in their place.

Perhaps a national spirit of solidarity in the fight to defeat Covid. And celebrating our democratic system winning this fight. It's far easier to unite people against something--to keep what they have--than to fight for something new.
