Mostly tested arguments opposing ramming thru new judge. Headline: hypocrisy argument big failure. But also tested an argument for adding justices. And it did remarkably well when framed in terms of justice for all.

My working theory has been Dems should just frame all structural reform arguments in the light of unabashedly making Democracy more representative, and to never again engage in tit for tat, retaliation, power wielding frameworks.

Generally, process arguments fail and outcome arguments succeed. So, they said x at y time doesn’t matter to average person but they are endangering your healthcare does.
