Whatever the merits of the ads, the ad makers likely consider women already heavily in the Biden column (supported by voluminous 2020 polling), and therefore arefocusing on persuading independent and Republican men to abandon Trump.
To defeat Trump - we have to turnout Biden voters and persuade soft Trump supporters to Biden. Among latter, way more are women than men. Among former, reliable voters (who don’t need ads) love hard attacks but intermittent voters respond more to positive than negative.

And I’d add: we lost WI (for one example) by 10k votes total. We need *every* vote. Biden does better among women, for sure. But we need more.

I'd add that I don't think the LP ads are actually made with anything other than an audience of one in mind, so matter what they say. When they write and shoot these things they are just thinking how they can get in the head of one person.
