Have any of them offered mea culpas for all their actions that led to Trump? The rot started under Nixon, continued under Reagan (voodoo economics) etc. Rove refined Nixon's thug tactics and then the GOP had the genius idea to astroturf the Tea Party. And promptly lost control.

I agree Project Lincoln's value lies in psyops, as well as within the chattering politial class, which is important, but you have to move voters and their ads do not necessarily do that.

TLP is strictly anti trump and, to a lesser degree, anti trump enablers. No doubt that opposition to trump with be the biggest GOTV we’ve ever had. These ads seem more focused on suppressing his turnout as opposed to increasing ours. Seems very on brand for this group.

Au contraire, I would argue that Biden has women sewn up. It's more useful if the LP succeeds in swaying wavering Trump-voting men, as there are more of them to begin with.

Whatever the merits of the ads, the ad makers likely consider women already heavily in the Biden column (supported by voluminous 2020 polling), and therefore arefocusing on persuading independent and Republican men to abandon Trump.

To defeat Trump - we have to turnout Biden voters and persuade soft Trump supporters to Biden. Among latter, way more are women than men. Among former, reliable voters (who don’t need ads) love hard attacks but intermittent voters respond more to positive than negative.
