Here’s a thing to consider. What happens in a clinical setting is not always reflective of reality. The greatest ad ever, was Apple’s 1984, which would have failed focus groups, while wildly succeeding in making a brand statement. If sci dictated art no movies would make u cry

Totally true, self-reporting and qualitative methods (like focus groups) not definitive. Measuring action - eg like willingness to donate, sharing a thing, recall after weeks or months - is far better research design. People only know what they think that they think.
