To me, the big question for white suburban voters is, will you support quality education, health, housing in every zip code, not just your own? Or is it "Let them eat racialized policing?" Do you think
#AllZipCodesMatter has a different valence than#AllLivesMatter?@AQE_NY
Very interesting question! Have def tested, for ed equity messaging, “we all want our kids to have a quality education, no matter our zip code.” And it’s very effective. Can’t say if # rubs wrong cause not my place to say.

Sometimes a consciously, strategically deracializing approach can be effective. The effort to root out all the ways in which constructions of and bias toward whiteness are institutionalized in US law, policy, planning, design, health, education, etc, etc. is ongoing.

I think it’s imperative to bring to fore all the ways Black people, and other POC, are deliberately harmed & held back. We can do this by describing deliberate division & scapegoating as tool of plutocrats to get and hold power to screw all working people.
