Just got survey back (N=1068 registered voters, April 8-12) that shows folks aren't buying the “all hail the economy" thing. Even when we hamper ourselves by using *their* notion of health vs economy to ask the question, people are concerned about life: (2)

We have to keep at their *actual* weaknesses - failing to protect us, putting us at risk, destroying our lives. This means not giving up the mic to fight about how we shouldn’t open the economy which is, of course, talking about opening the economy. (6)

The economic issue people are worried about is not having income, not making ends meet. Let's keep hammering THAT - making UI, basic income, stimulus for the people demands. (8)
