Bloomberg aided and abetted arguably the largest crime in US history - the aggravated impoverishment of millions by some Wall St. bankers. Didn't even need to stop and frisk - they did it openly.

I am not a Bloomberg supporter, but he sells financial services data equipment and data streams that are widely used ... He was not a bank/banker/capital market player as you suggest. More like selling Levi's to the miners.
