Super interesting completely testable hypothesis. OTOH - fear of overreach real, suggests lots of plans sounds scary. OTOH - claims of pie in sky promises that won’t come true & govt as disorganized also real, so promise of plans might be helpful. Anti govt takes many forms
For sure. You can frame it as here's how I'm fixing broken govt with these good govt fixes. But expect your opponent to attack that framing. That actually seems very hard to fight against. "My opponent has all these big ideas but doesn't get things done. I get things done."
