Stop using insurance and healthcare interchangeably. One of them describes paying and the other the thing you actually want to get. We talk about the former and pretend it's a conversation about the latter.

All Americans “have access to healthcare” via savings or insurance to pay for it. But millions have neither for funding it. Enhanced Medicare for All will pay for it on behalf of the society for all the members of our society. Anat, when & how should progressives talk about each?
