Trying hard to live by an eyes on your own paper mentality. Do as well as I can at what I’m doing, not looking around to compare how and what others are doing and always feeling like I’m coming up short.

Wow, You’ve taken me back to the 60’s and first grade. Not sure I want to be in such an individualistic authoritarian world view any more. In fact, I’m sure I don’t.
Oh, I never meant what I’m doing as singular - what “I” do is done in many different teams. This is a statement about not getting hung up on comparison and feeling like a failure.
