Somebody on the radio just said "if your turkey is in the freezer, remember to take it out tonight!" Let me assure you that if your turkey is in the freezer still, you are fucked. You need a new plan.

Like don't make turkey because it's obviously terrible and no one actually likes it

Turkey can be good! People just a) don't know how to make it and a
b) buy a disgusting low quality bird.
That being said, no one has ever objected to a perfectly roasted chicken and they won't on Thanksgiving either. -
I made a GOOD duck for a party last year and people weren't into it. Really disappointing. This year I'm not going to that party. LA, ya never know!
