The Right runs much of the world bc it does well financed in-depth messaging & propaganda research. It must show that narrating imaginary horrors like scary immigrants & feeding outrage works. Bc that's what they're doing, more than any1 on the Left is. And it's working for them

Yes, generating increased fear and resentment makes people more conservative. This is why fear-based messaging works for the right but not for the left.

"The aspirational message moved the mean likelihood to vote from 7.5 to 7.7...while the negative message moved it from 7.5 to 7.9." MOE is +/- is MUCH bigger than this diff. Article doesn't link to actual research, which is very bad practice.
