But it would be better to enforce the law against those who swindle, cheat, monopolize, and counterfeit instead of indiscriminately clawing back wealth from those who have it.

First - yes - we must do all you say! Second - wealth is generated by speculation & by paying labor less than value it generates. Wealth of this excess is held thru rigging the rules not merit. Taxes are how we have the things everyone of every class requires.
