Generally I’m like “yes! Of course!” But isn’t there some value in evocative imagery? Like isn’t there strategically some room to scare people into action by reminding them what’s at stake or where we could be headed if we don’t act?
When women show up to protest in Handmaiden's gear, we give into the opposition's story. Say what you're for, not what you oppose.

Valid question...we generally find that problem-based appeals (visual or verbal) stoke cynicism. Our trouble is NOT people don't think our ideas are right but rather that there's no pt to fighting. So - framing this as "Titanic" not motivating.
