Or they will stage miscarriages and not go anywhere. So much of law enforcement is at the discretion of police, prosecutors, and judges. If anyone at one stage decides to look the other way or go with a decision that is favorable to the accused, enforcement doesn't proceed.

A few thoughts on this abortion ban bs: 1. Abortion IS#healthcare. No, this is not debatable. Abortion is a medical procedure, and as such should be conducted be medical professionals in safe spaces and with the appropriate protections (including mental health care).
