Actually Daca doesn’t grant legal status but a temporary lawful presence. He is still an unauthorized immigrant but he is currently under valid presence status.
Thanks. The distinction between lawful presence and legal status is testament to the complete limbo this inexcusable excuse for an Administration has created. Awful.

Well actually Obama create it. Still Congress should have fit it already long ago; and Trump made things worse cancelling it. This young people deserve to be recognized exactly what they are American Citizens in everything but a paper.
