Week one of waking up at 6:30: It's been good. Slept in on Sunday (out late Sat night) and kinda slept in one day (7 am) but I'm feeling it! It's nice not to rush in the morning.
What time are you eating dinner and then going to bed? Do you shut off screens at a certain point?

Dinner usually between 6-7 pm. Screens off at 10 when I start getting ready for bed. Then I'll usually read until 10:45.
