I feel like the same audience will just like this tweet and not respond for the same reason they (we) enjoy filling our online carts and not completing purchases

We do it all the time. I think my wife does it to drop hints on what she wants for Christmas. I do it as a reminder to comparison shop for the same items. Eventually we just end up buying everything in the cart! Best laid plans...
