I believe providing costs associated with obtaining the tests may greatly increase participation, especially if free but, what do I know? I'm not Bob Duffy...
I got a test yesterday but waited 2 hours at an immediate care facility where appointments are not required. There are rapid testing sites being set up in several parts of Monroe County.
