Have you ever met someone who “monetized” you? Asked where you worked. What you did. Where you went to school. Where you lived. You got the feeling that they were trying to see if you could be valuable to them at some point in time? Yeah. I’ve met ppl like that, and I hate it.
Great point. Another approach is asking the first 3 questions, then discounting their worth after hearing an answer to the 4th. Or discounting all of it based on your appearance, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. Gross.
