I received a #CARESAct prepaid debit card in the mail which looked like a scam. It wasn't. But it took me a while (+ an internet connection) to figure that out. Got ours yesterday, since we had no direct deposit info on file. Creating the account to transfer the money to our bank was a PITA; turned out we had to do multiple small xfers instead of all at once, the errors it gave were misleading.
