so let's say the business can't stay afloat with the available funding and declares bankruptcy after obtaining the funding and never pays any employees? it'd be nice to cut out the middle man and pay the laborers

That’s a great point. We are working hard to make sure people who lose their jobs find new opportunities. There are no easy solutions right now.

You’re right. We are looking at financial backgrounds of small business owners applying to the loan program. We are granting loans only to owners who don’t have liquidity to make payroll during this crisis in the near term.
