Hey #twithaca- anyone rented with Modern Living Rentals / Greg Tumbarello? I know there are some real bad apples out there, and I've never heard of these people.

Hi Mischa! I know Greg personally as a good friend. I also recently met his business partner. They work hard and are great people. Greg + his gf have been excellent landlords recently, too - they gut renovated a foreclosure on N Geneva and turned it into 2 beautiful apartments.
