@evandawson @mmackmedia I’m a @Penn alum (something I sadly share with DJT). Years ago, neighborhood around the university was in decline and they considered building a wall to keep students safe. Instead they spent the $ in neighborhood and the wall is less necessary by the day.

I’ll check it out. I know my Great Uncle Ron Paprocki was involved and met with senior officials at Penn while he worked at UR as SVP of Admin and Finance. Penn’s faculty mortgage program and investment in a public school also inspired projects at UR.
