Hey @WillCleveland13 — @cornellwillow just mentioned on @scifri that hemp can replace hops in some kinds of craft beer. Is that a thing? Have you ever tried it?
I know many breweries are exploring hemp right now. And I’ve even had some hemp beers from places like @kettlehousebrew. I’m really not sure of how it works or the science behind it. I definitely need to explore it.
A good source for an upcoming story might just be Dr. Smart in Geneva at @CornellAgriTech
