If there ever is a future in Greater Metro transit in midsized cities again, what do you think it might look like? Rail? Bus? Autonomous mass transit vehicle? BRT? Hovercraft? Mule?
BRT, but lite rail (a la Portland, OR) would be the dream if there was sufficient investment

Can you imagine BRT from Rochester to Pittsford, ER, Fairport, and Victor, as well as from Roc to Greece, Gates, Spencerport and Brockport? We would literally have to double our density for this to even be a twinkle, but it would be neat!
