the suspension was for 3 days. we were aware of potential consequences but supreme court case Tinker V Demoines covers that. We plan on attending a board of education meeting to discuss today’s events. Once our parents got involved and staff members they changed to detention

The kids were supposed to participate in "alternative, more appropriate demonstration," inside their school. One 10th grader led the charge out the doors. PROUD! I haven't heard of any punishment yet, will update.
