    As a community centered org, our programs and resources are in service to YOUR goals. These committees are the best way to direct our work and help us meet the mission of all orgs using tech strategically and in racially equitable ways to change the world. Join us!

    Our community has a lot of input into the work we do and the resources we create. Volunteering for a committee won't take a lot of your time, but your efforts will make a big difference. And with seven (!!!) committees, there's something for everyone.

    But I'm white! So while I may be tired of asking for the same things all the time, I'm still here for the work of doing that asking (and demanding). And I know that I can give critical feedback to a foundation despite the power dynamic because of my whiteness. So, let's do it!

    Celebrating pride by giving feedback to a foundation about the active erasure of trans + nonbinary people in their grant app's required demographic data. As a queer nonbinary CEO, I've rarely ever felt seen in the data structures of philanthropy.
