Civil wars begin once the military are separated into loyalty camps. If the military are cohesive no revolution has a chance. Fraction the military and civil war is almost certain. Could this be a Commie ploy to start a civil war? Perhaps it is the Great Reset?
I would add that free nations can sometimes be overthrown even with a cohesive military. But ONLY free nations. Never tyrants.
