Last week, Pakistan PM Imran Khan on a live television show linked the rise in rape cases to how women dressed.
His remarks were denounced by local activists stating that it perpetuates a culture of victim blaming. We stand with the activists. This needs to stop.

Misogyny is endemic in this culture so I'm not surprised the Pakistan PM said this. However it does need to stop because blaming the victim is not the answer and allows men to get away with it
