    I don’t begrudge anyone for doing their utmost to get the limited quantities of this vaccine but when the primary way of accessing the vaccine is an app in English that requires several steps on a smartphone, a lot of our most vulnerable patients are going to be left behind. 3/

    Breaking up Facebook and Google is necessary but that alone is a conservative remedy that preserves their socially destructive methods of moneymaking. Abolishing their basic business model (targeted advertising built on mass surveillance) should be the end goal.
