says the guy who thinks community guidelines are legally enforceable. YouTube is like any private business. They can deny you service within the law. If you don't like it don't use them and stop bitching.

Yeah no. If a creator follows the rules as a platform YouTube can not suppress free speech as long as it follows there set guidelines. (Only for the US) Because you’re an idiot platform - “are merely tools for free expression”.
