Amiga Addict Magazine

Really not enjoying art at school because I simply didn't like drawing, but loving dpaint and creating two pictures that were published in ACE magazine's gallery.

I still have all of the 'art' I drew in DPaint. I did quite a passable Spitfire for a school report on the Battle of Britain though

Still using it to this day to complete a new Amiga game! It's still a fantastic piece of software.

Before rendering in Impulse Imagine, then Deluxe Paint. Epic times.

I used it in my first job doing “motion graphix” in a Studio for an educative Tv serie.... it was rad!!

I remember buying DPaint V on CD, the same as in your picture, and something (can't remember what) not working. Disappointing. I think I was sent floppies and it then worked fine.

I spent hours doing frame-by-frame animations of space ships, tanks and football matches

Deluxe Paint III cell animator was great.

I still use it (when my Amiga isn’t off being recapped...) but I used to draw so much in it. :) making graphics for Amos games with my brother. Still don’t know if there’s a modern app with *all* of DPaint’s features.
