The failed AmigaDE / AmigaSDK around 2001 ... I think that was the last opportunity for a commercially viable restart of the Amiga platform, but they failed miserably.

During the Amiga's lifespan, I think my biggest letdown was AMOS Professional. Loved the language, but many rumoured features never saw the light of day: support for Amiga Intuition, AGA, etc.
