Oh, great idea. Let's say anybody can loot Walgreens. Walgreens closes its stores. People who work at Walgreens lose their jobs. Brilliant!

itll only continue to get worse until corporations start paying living wages. poverty is the biggest contributor to crime. doing the bare minimum for financial security could stop this but these companies would rather budget for shrink instead. whos at fault?

You are insulting poor people. Millions of people are poor and still maintain their integrity and keep the moral compass working.

I didn't say all poor people do crime. I said poverty is the largest contributing factor for those who do crime. learn how to read. it's proven and observable anywhere.

Right… Bernie Madoff, El Chiapo, Harvey Weinstein are great illustrations of your argument. Poverty made him do it.

well in the case of El chapo it was literally poverty. the other two, idk what you're trying to prove. the existence of wealthy criminals doesn't negate that the vast majority of the prison population comes from low income backgrounds in my version of reality.pic.twitter.com/0SL5IdmUmW

Lol if the cause was poverty, wouldn’t El Chapo stopped his atrocious crimes once he accumulated “enough” wealth? What about the other poor kids he grew up with? All of them turned to crime? - nope. Crime stems from lack of moral compass. Poverty just gives an additional excuse

no because rich people like hoarding wealth. do you even kind of know how the world works? also el chapo hooked up everyone he knew and donated vast amounts to his community. he became a robinhood-esque character to build up his community with what he knew best.
