Oh, great idea. Let's say anybody can loot Walgreens. Walgreens closes its stores. People who work at Walgreens lose their jobs. Brilliant!

itll only continue to get worse until corporations start paying living wages. poverty is the biggest contributor to crime. doing the bare minimum for financial security could stop this but these companies would rather budget for shrink instead. whos at fault?

Please don't justify crime due to poverty. Taxes are already excruciatingly high and cost of living there is high. Live in a state where the cost of living is less. Corp already pay HUGE taxes just to be in CA. Wages are not the point. It is lack of consequences increasing crime.

Lack of parenting. Doesn’t know his daddy, momma on the dole busy getting inseminated by miscellaneous men - this is the product. Nothing to do with material poverty. Everything to do poverty of spirit and deficit of honesty and honor.

Nope not true whatsoever. Plenty of folk worldwide are desperately poor, and still have two parents (+ various other adult relatives who take interest in their upbringing).
