Why manslaughter? He deliberately spat at her knowing he had Covid, she died. He killed her, deliberately with intent, that is cold blooded murder.

I guess because murder would never stick. Even manslaughter is a reach. It’s unfair and wrong but legally it would never be murder and maybe not even manslaughter. I do hope justice is served. But the law can be a joke sometimes.
