I wrote my persuasive essay in my college composition class on the Fair Tax. That was over 10 years ago now. People acting like this is a brand new thing is insanity to me.

And the article does have actual relevant information but is bookended with salacious and tabloid-level reporting about 20somethings going to a strip club and possibly drinking. It was gross enough to cancel my subscription.

The weirdest part of this is the reporter acting like he just published a prize winning article that's ruffled feathers. These facts do not warrant an article with a "Why are we writing this story?" disclaimer at the end.

My parents basically beg me to move back home anytime it’s possible. I’ve been living with my grandparents for 2 years, and still stay with my parents fairly often.

Drove thru griffin to my hair appt and it is insane down here. Every other red light is out. Power lines laying all over the roads.

Called my mom and told her to get off the road bc she was about to get into griffin right when the tornado was going thru. She told me lots of power lines and trees down there.

I drove all the way to Athens last night. Saw the lines for the bars and turned myself right around. I got to experience it once and last night watching it on my best friend’s couch was just as sweet.
