Strongly agree with this - especially "The language is implemented as a framework" - who do you know who is working in this tradition? Mostly I seem to see just aircraft carriers.

Considering the public at large, effectiveness of Pfizer against mortality is at most 85%. The "100%" figure often quoted just reflects results that were seen in trials, where there were not many cases of mortality to compare against. Important that public understands real risks!
