In the complaint, he references a 1947 ruling that "men impersonating women in a suggestive fashion" is against the law.
They are building the framework to go after all drag, and likely all trans people.

This is horrible. The GOP just released a national anti-trans bill. It will not pass this year, but this shows their intentions if they win.
HB8170 would force teachers to:
- Misgender trans students.
- Out trans kids to their parents.
- Withhold affirming trans kids in therapy.

Something else to consider. If you have an ectopic pregnancy, and your doctor chooses to save your life - YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY COULD REFUSE TO COVER IT because there’s an argument it’s aiding an abortion.
Not only could you die, your family could go bankrupt.
