DC expands testing to include asymptomatic grocery workers with a history of exposure.

The union has been asking to expand testing for weeks but DC didn't have the capacity. DC just expanded the criteria to include some asymptomatic folks, like health workers, on 4/22. DC labs have capacity for 3700 tests per day but supply chain challenges mean they process 1500.
